« Our check in with Jermaine was fantastic! We didnt even ask for a ceib that he already call the staff to have one install innour room.it was really thoughtful! Part from that we had a good stay but on the last day the fire alarm went on and we had to go out outside with 2 babies in cold weather without knowing what was going on and nobody even apologized or communicate what happenned. Part from that this hotel is good »

La chambre spacieuse et propre Emplacement plus qu’idéal (au pied du Metro et commerces) - nous avons fait précédemment 3 hôtels à Time Square et celui ci est de loin notre préféré. On y reviendra!"

"Séjour d'une semaine en couple pour visiter New York. Localisation très sympa avec pleins de restaurants, bars à proximité dans un quartier qui reste pour autant très calme pour New York. Petit déjeuner très bien qui est sans supplément. Petit plus avec l'happy hour gratuite de vin et fromages. La chambre était spacieuse pour une localisation sur Manhattan. Très bel hôtel que nous recommandons."
