So me and my finance came to Econo lodge in February and we had no complaints except for the night shift lady being a little rude when checking us in but we decided to come back March and the cleanness of the room we had was not good and so we got moved to another room but the room we got moved to has a draining problem with the tub and all the dirt fills inside of tub and also we have been given 1 wash cloth each day and when we ask for more their excuse is that they are out of wash clothes. Not to also mention that the desk people have been very rude. The manager was very nice and said that he would get someone to come fix the drain but no one has come and I booked a room here for 12 days and this is what I have to deal with and I can’t get my money back.

Toilet was like sitting on a rocking horse, paing in sink and tub area was peeling. Was there 3 days and cleaning staff never showed.

Check in at 10pm, room was on 2nd floor. I noticed a room card was on the night stand, the bar of soap at the sink was used and wrapper was in the trash can along with several receipts. The bathroom had a bar of soap in the shower that was used, the wrapper was on the back of the toilet. The shower was full of long hair. I told the desk clerk in the morning as she wrote everything down for the manager. Coming to find out the clerk was from another country and was living on the 2nd floor. Makes you wonder if my room was actually an employee. I should have been offered a refund, not just I will let the manager know with the notes I wrote down.

Just horrible
Been staying there a few times a year last 3 years and its just gotten worse and worse, the people in and out all night, all noisy, had my 9 month old, had to go but mop to clean floors from being nasty, ceiling drywall was falling off, cloths golder was falled off wall, towl holder in shower was fallen down, place has just gone down hill and wont stay there anymore

Non smoking room smelled like ciggy buts. Ciggy butt holes burnt into sheets and comforters. Dirty hand prints on walls and doors. General layer of dust on stuff and the desk staff was grumpy. It might be ok for worker men, but not a family place or somewhere to take a classy lady while touring the countryside.

They surprised us with a $240 deposit. We had just had our home broken into I was too shook to stay there so I rented a room all I had was the money for the room for 2 nights and that was only after a lady handing me 5 dollars after hearing our ordeal. They would not wave the deposit. Ended up staying in my car cause the fear of being home was gripping. The least they could do is make sure it's visible to the customer on the web sitw. I was very disappointed

Great room! Poor breakfast.
The room was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and clean. Appreciated the fridge and other appliances. The breakfast was fair. There was no sugar or butter/margarine and there was a very limited selection of items; a few bagels, no muffins or pastries, most of the cold cereal containers were empty. The staff member claimed that they were out of all the items. Otherwise I was very satisfied.
