« I arrived around 4:30 PM, and there was no one available to assist me. I had no idea what to do, especially since there’s no cell reception in the area. I hadn’t received the email explaining the check-in procedure. I turned to a waitress from the restaurant for help, but she told me the restaurant operates independently and that she couldn’t assist me. I tried to figure things out on my own, and thankfully, a kind guest showed me how to connect to the Wi-Fi. About 30 minutes later, I was...
