Very friendly staff. No issues at all with our stay. Breakfast and coffee was good. No need to visit nearby McDonalds.

BEDBUGS!! When I called to inform the hotel that I had bed bug bites after staying in their hotel the night before they had absolutely nothing to say, no 'sorry about that' or anything, literal silence on the phone. I had to ask THEM if they wanted to know what room I stayed in the night prior. There was also leftover food in the fridge in my room, to which they said 'oh the person who was supposed to check that rooms were clean must not have done their job'. I sincerely believe that they will not do anything about the bed bug issue and the next person to stay in that room will wake up with bites.

I liked the layout of the room, very spacious. However there were many things wrong with the room. Outlets that didn’t work, windows that were cracked and broken where you could see daylight where there should’ve been a seal. There was a constant stream of cold air entering through the large gap. We were awoken several times throughout out the night. Once was because of 2 sheriffs entering the building at 3am. Another was because of a very loud pool party that lasted 45 minutes that started at 3:45am. And the last time was because of what I assume was a shift change for workers at 6:45am where they stood below our broken window laughing, talking and smoking. We had rented the room for a two night stay but absolutely could not stay a second night under those conditions. I had to call our third party booking agency to get it cancelled but they had to talk to the woman at the front desk to get it done. She refused saying what we recalled the previous night didn’t really happen. I went downstairs to talk to the lady myself while having the booking agency on the phone to witness our exchange. I informed the lady at the front desk that I had video of the pool party noise and she agreed to let us cancel our second night stay. She was not a very nice lady to deal with and told us we needed to get our stuff and remove ourselves from the property before 11am. We exited the property shortly after and will not ever return.

The pool and hot tubs were very nice. The room had a dirty carpeted flooring. Towels were soft and there were towels for the pool. Breafast, was nice except they ran out of hot food when we went to eat at 8 am. The bathroom light (was also the exaust fan, very noisy) had very low lighting and hard to see. The facility needs a lot of updating and fell short for the price we paid.

Let's be honest here; there's not a lot of options in Morris. The Super 8 is everything you need it to be, and the price is reasonable.

Rooms were well worn. Our room was in need of paint and new bedding. Bathtub fixtures were in need of dep clean. Dirt in tap fixture as well as tub fixture. These can be removed and cleaned.

Property was not well cared for. Dripping faucets in shower & tub. Outlets for plug ins not covered for safety. Dripping dried paint from previous paint on light shades & furniture. Shoddy wall repairs in bathroom. One small hook for hanging up wet towels& bath towels too small. Bed sheets were one size too small. Disappointing breakfast. Loved staff

Entry area always clean, great staff, rooms are older but ours was fine. Temperatures excellent. Breakfast sufficient. Love having coffee always available. Heads up that there is no elevator which could be a problem for some.

The lady at the front desk, Holly, was awesome, very responsive and ran the show there. The room air fresheners that were used before we got there were a little too much and kind of nauseating. Overall, staff were caring and excellent.

I’ve stayed here several times while attending events at the University of Minnesota Morris, and have always found this hotel to be clean, quiet, and a pleasant place to stay

Wish there were more hot breakfast choices, but honestly there were a lot of different choices for breakfast that were good.
