This sublime individual chalet of 60m² for 6 people, consists of: \- Living room with a double sofa bed (1x2 persons) and a television \- Equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, mini-oven/grill, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, plancha/BBQ, raclette/fondue appliance, crockery/cutlery and kitchen utensils. \- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (2x1 persons) \- Bedroom 2: 1 single bed + 1 double bed (1x2 persons) \- Bathroom with shower and separate WC \- The accommodation is equipped with a vacuum cleaner, a private washing machine and a clothes horse. \- Large terrace/garden with outdoor furniture \- The accommodation is equipped with duvets and pillows. \- Private parking space This magnificent, welcoming and very bright chalet is located 500m from the blue lake, 600m from the Morillon station and all amenities (supermarket, restaurants...).
