It is located on the 1st floor of the residence with elevator, offering easy access to the kindergarten. The apartment has an entrance, a bedroom, a mountain corner, a living room with a sofa and a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen area. The shower room and toilet are separate. Enjoy the large east-facing balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the views. The kitchen is equipped with a TOP fridge, electric hob, dishwasher, combi microwave, filter electric coffee maker, Nespresso pod coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, raclette/pierrade set, fondue set as well as crockery and cookware.
