It is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. On the first level, you will find an entrance with equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a toilet, a bathroom with bathtub, a living room with a sofa that cannot be converted, a television. You can also enjoy a lovely west-facing balcony with a table and 4 chairs. Upstairs, you will discover a pretty mezzanine with a part <1.80m including 3 single beds.
