3 ROOM FLOOR PIECES, INDEPENDENT ACCESS  
including a small recent chalet completed on May 31 10 (19, 95 m2) totally air-conditioned with reinforced insulation attached to 2 single rooms (7 and 8 m2) in traditional double insulation construction; after the heat of the day, freshness will be appreciated ...  
American kitchen, bathroom hydro massage cabin, large private fenced pool 10 meters from the cottage SANS VIS A VIS;  
Heated pool (not necessary in summer, water 28 to 30 degrees C.) shared 20 minutes in the morning and / or afternoon with the owners (retired)  
 Also suitable for families with children (swings, TRAMPOLINE, sandpit) Maximum 4 persons  
 1st terrace adjoining the chalet and 2nd terrace by the pool for lunch and / or dinner next to a fig tree,  
fenced landscaped garden with 1000 m2 or it is good to breathe a few meters the scents of lavender and rosemary, medlar, fig, olive, lemon, etc ...  
Private parking;  
SFR WIFI connection or 3/4 G key;
