The house itself was roomy, comfortable, cozy, and immaculate. All the various amenities were modern and in working order. The surroundings were spectacular. Although secluded, it was only a short drive to happening "High Street." My son plays baseball for the Black Bears and the property was close to the UWV Stadium. We traveled to Morgantown to catch a few games, and visit our son. We were not disappointed by the Black Bears or the charming "Carriage House." My ten year old grandson was enthralled with the scenery and wildlife. If we ever find ourselves up that way again I know where we will be staying. I am recommending this property to other players' families who may be traveling to Morgantown to watch their sons play this summer.
