Check in was ok but clerk was on a phone call that he wouldn't put on hold. The room looked like the above picture but I had to sop out fridge to use then temp irregular. I had to crawl around looking for a plug for one of the bed lights. I had to change bulbs around so all 3 lamps would light. Finally the bathroom was so small you had to close the door to sit on the commode or get to the tub. My mother slipped in the shower and no one answered the phone at the desk after multiple calls. I called 911 and they assisted to get her out, again because so small and no space. I asked for coffee at the desk and the clerk said the machine was empty and they didn't know when a delivery would come because they had waited awhile. I asked about breakfast and they said they only serve to groups. He finally recommended a restaurant down the road. No housekeep staff knocked or stopped by the room to see if we needed more coffee or linens or supplies in the 2 days we were in the room (for most of the day). The tv only got about 5 channels. The room description said Lakeview Golf Resort Hotel Studio with Fitness Room and Spa Sauna. I found the indoor pool but never saw a Spa/Sauna or Fitness Room. Finally we checked out 2 days early even though that meant loss of money. I will never book with VRBO or Hosteeva again. ##### Jennifer S.
