It was beautiful! The outdoor fire area and porch is where we spent a lot of our time! Plenty of firewood and cozy blankets. The kitchen was well stocked and the coffee station was a huge hit. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Watching the sunrise from the main bedroom was definitely a highlight! The game room was an extra bonus. We will definitely come back. Séjour de 4 nuits en octobre 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Brent S. 27 sept. 2025 Points forts : Propreté This was our second time staying at The Cabin and it was every bit as wonderful as the first. The cabin itself is beautiful and really well kept. It has that upscale mountain feel while still being super comfortable for a family getaway.The views are absolutely stunning and make the whole place feel special. We came as a multigenerational group—my parents, my grown kids, my wife and I—and there was something for everyone. I had the chance to ride the Tail of the Dragon, Cherohala Skyway and Blue Ridge Parkway,on motorcycles with my sons, which was an unforgettable experience. We also enjoyed visiting some of the beautiful wineries, distilleries and breweries nearby. The options for hiking trails in the area are endless and amazing. We hiked for 2.5 miles and never seen another person, a truly relaxing and get away moment.The hosts were wonderful and shared great ideas for things to do in the area, including some of their favorite local places to eat, which made our trip even better.Between the gorgeous setting, beautiful cabin, and all there is to do in the area, it’s hard to beat. The views were amazing and the cabin was beautiful. It was equipped with all comforts of home. The host was responsive and so helpful. We will for sure be coming back.
