Card games, rocking chairs and sweet tea are optional! The large deck that continues around from the side porch to the bedroom has everything from spots to perch and birdwatch to a chic lounge area with a bed swing and fairy lights! And off the covered outdoor lounge area on the main floor, there's a King bedroom with another private deck and its own en-suite bathroom with a huge soaking tub. There's a separate half-bath off the kitchen on the main floor as well. “This was the quietest, most incredibly decorated and equipped we've ever stayed at. The cabin itself is amazing - spacious, porches off of every bedroom, beautiful kitchen, and an amazing view. - John, Jan. You'll have your privacy but you're not stranded!” – Kati, July, '23 The Morganton/Blue Ridge area has so many amazing experiences to offer every guest! There's hiking in the Aska, the Toccoa Swinging Bridge, fishing, boating and just hanging out to hear the music at the Lake Blue Ridge Marina. Going back in time to grab a sandwich at Nomad Market or ride the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, or visiting the classic Swan Drive-in. Maybe sampling the delicious farm-to-table fare ranging from Mercier Orchards and the Pink Pig to Southern Charm and The Black Sheep? And there's also stopping by a local winery to experience the “farm” up close at Serenberry or Bear Claw Vineyard - or braving the Sasquatch Museum or downtown Blue Ridge! It sounds cliché but there is literally something for everyone here! There just may not be enough time! —GUEST ACCESS— Guests have private access to the whole cabin and outdoor spaces. —OTHER THINGS TO NOTE— The cabin is regularly sprayed for bugs, but please note that you're visiting the North Georgia mountains and our bug friends live in and around the neighborhood and the Blue Ridge area. You'll likely see a friend or two if you leave the doors or windows open. After each guest, we thoroughly clean the hot tub to ensure it's in pristine condition for your enjoyment. However, please note that the hot tub will not be immediately heated to your desired temperature upon your arrival. It takes some time for the water to heat up to the desired temperature, so we ask that you adjust the temperature as soon as you arrive if you plan on using the hot tub during your stay. The hot tub should never be set above 104 degrees for health reasons. Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior Ring doorbell cameras located on the front of the home mounted near the front door and on the back of the home mounted near the back doors. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into the interior. Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500\. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out. —GETTING AROUND— The cabin is located on an unpaved gravel mountain road. The final 1-mile approach to the cabin is curvy and narrow and although low profile vehicles and trailers are not recommended, 2WD vehicles will do fine under normal weather conditions. After you've done it once, you get used to it. The cabin has a gated driveway and a covered parking pad with plenty of parking for 3-4 vehicles. Our family of 4 loved the stay and everything about the house. The bunk beds in the loft were perfect for our 4 and 7 year old kids. The house had everything we needed from views, hot tub, game room and sleeping arangents. If you’re looking for a quiet family get a way, this house is everything you’re looking for. A 4 wheel drive vehicle definitely helps, but during the summer a 2-wheel drive would work. Would not recommend any sedans. ##### Kyle S. There were a few stand outs to mention. The beds were luxuriously comfortable. There was noticeable effort in personal touches. Full size toiletries, plenty of towels (even large towels for the jacuzzi). My favorite was the COFFFE BAR, filled with K cups, coffee beans, tea, and syrups. Exceptionally clean, and easy communication. We love mountain vacations, and after all our travel, Cloud Dreamer has the best Sunset view I've ever had the pleasure of witnessing. We went to relax. A lovely place for our family reunion. We loved the outdoor living space w/ fireplace, farm table, and screened-in. There were multiple balcony areas for watching sunrises & sunsets.
