After an hour of communicating with the rental agency someone showed up to fix it apparently the filters have been changed and no one turn the water back on which caused a severe bacterial infection for me to suffer for the next two weeks. Bring anything you may need along with you by way of the kitchen since the bowls, pans, tools were ver limited. Had to go out and buy detergents to use the dishwasher and washing machine. Otherwise enjoyed the hot tub and the view. Didn't even have time to use the downstairs amenities because the firepit and hot tub were great and sucked the crowd in.
