Orchard House at Broadwell Manor is a beautifully refurbished Cotswold holiday apartment which sleeps two guests, in one well-appointed bedroom, with one shower room. This stylish top floor apartment features a light and airy open plan kitchen/dining room, a cosy sitting room and a roof terrace with outdoor seating and fabulous countryside views. There is also a small orchard and patio area at ground level which guests are welcome to enjoy. Orchard House is positioned within the stunning grounds of Broadwell Manor, a quintessential Grade II\* listed Georgian country house.  
  
Orchard House at Broadwell Manor can be booked either on its own, or with The Old Stables at Broadwell Manor which sleeps four guests. Located in the same estate grounds, the two together offer an ideal setup for two families, or for friends travelling together.  
  
Accommodation  
This one bedroom holiday apartment in Broadwell is perfectly suited for those looking to explore the local countryside and eateries. This single storey accommodation is accessed via an elevated gravel slope and is laid out as follows:

French doors to terrace area, 55" Smart TV (account holders only), two-seater sofa, two chairs, Le Corbusier recliner and selection of board games and books  
  
Kitchen/dining room  
Double electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and four-seater dining table  
  
Cloakroom  
Loo, basin and heated towel rail  
  
Master bedroom with ensuite (Sleeps 2)  
King size bed, chair and two bedside tables  
Ensuite with walk-in rain shower with separate handheld shower attachment, loo, basin, heated towel rail, mirror and hairdryer

Built-in wardrobe, shelves, chair and dressing table

Roof terrace with outdoor bistro table seating two

The maximum occupancy for this property is 2 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)

1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk  
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
