This stylish first floor apartment features a light and airy open plan sitting area, kitchen and dining area, and there is also a small covered patio space at ground level and a pretty grass area to the side which can be enjoyed all year round. The Old Stables is positioned within the stunning grounds of Broadwell Manor, a quintessential Grade II\* listed Georgian country house. This beautiful apartment is a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for two dogs. The Old Stables can be booked either on its own, or with Orchard House at Broadwell Manor which sleeps two guests. Located in the same estate grounds, the two together offer an ideal setup for two families, or for friends travelling together. Accommodation This two bedroom holiday apartment in Broadwell is perfectly suited for those looking to get together with family and friends, exploring the local countryside and eateries. The accommodation is laid out as follows: First Floor The Old Stables is accessed via an external wooden staircase and is set on the first floor Sitting area Smart TV with Netflix and apps (account holders only), three-seater sofa, two armchairs and selection of board games and books Kitchen/dining area Electric oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and four-seater extendable dining table Utility area Washing machine and tumble dryer Master bedroom (Sleeps 2) King size bed, clothes hanging hooks, armchair, storage unit, mirror and hairdryer Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2) Juliet balcony, double bed, hanging rail and chest of drawers Family bathroom Small slipper bath with handheld shower attachment, loo, basin and mirror Outside Canopy covered seating area with outdoor bistro table seating two, wooden bench and charcoal BBQ (available from April to October) Communal grass area The Finer Details The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under) Bed linen and towels are provided Off street parking is available for up to 2 cars 1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided) 2 dogs are welcome for an additional £40 per booking per dog. We all had a relaxing time with some nice walks around Broadwell and the local area.
