Throughout this distinguished property, there are incredible vaulted ceilings, exquisite antique furniture and original art works on the walls. This peaceful and stylish abode benefits from a quirky and distinctive layout with a spacious, comfortable sitting room and a well-equipped kitchen. A rather delightful aspect of the property is the cosy social dining room with its flickering log burner, the ideal space to enjoy your evening meal with friends and family. Externally there is a courtyard garden with beautiful country views onto the communal garden and nearby stream, the perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee. Accommodation This two bedroom holiday cottage in Blockley is perfectly suited for those looking to get together with family or friends, exploring the local countryside and eateries. The accommodation is laid out over multiple levels, so please read the following in conjunction with looking at the virtual tour: Ground Floor Kitchen Well-equipped and spacious with beamed ceiling, Smeg range cooker, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Smeg coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board First Floor The staircase from the kitchen divides and splits the cottage in two halves Dining room Lovely views, beamed ceiling, wood burner and rustic table seating six Sitting room Lovely views, beamed ceiling, sealed fireplace, Smart TV with Netflix (account holders only), three-seater sofa, armchair and selection of board games and books Second Floor A door next to the sitting room conceals a staircase which leads up directly into bedroom 2\. On the other side of the cottage, a door off the dining room conceals a staircase which leads up to the second floor landing, home to the tumble dryer Bedroom 2 with ensuite (Sleeps 2) Double bed, built-in wardrobes and storage, chest of drawers, full length mirror, chair, hairdryer and Bluetooth speaker Ensuite with walk-in shower, loo, basin and heated towel rail Family bathroom Accessed from the second floor landing, the family bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, loo, basin and heated towel rail Third Floor A door on the second floor landing conceals a staircase which leads up directly into the master bedroom Master bedroom (Sleeps 2) King size bed, armchair, wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror above, hairdryer and Bluetooth speaker Outside Patio area at the front with outdoor table, seating and charcoal BBQ (available from Easter to September) and rear enclosed garden with raised beds.
