"We booked this for our mini honeymoon the three nights following our wedding (end of Sept) and were excited to stay in the King Suite. But ended up being quite disappointed. The room was very cold with no heat and the front desk person wasn't the nicest when we asked for extra blankets. We weren't expecting the red carpet but at least a "thanks so much for choosing to stay here for your honeymoon". Some of the staff were great but generally no one cared that we had chose Dalvay for our honeymoon over Blackbush or elsewhere. It's a beautiful place but badly needs updating as the gov't did recognize and will eventually put money into the main building. But, we wouldn't stay there again until that happens. "

"Overall the best place i've stayed where it isnt a hotel. Small things like actual creamers in the fridge, toothpaste and brush, lots of coffee and well oranized. Things were labeled and there were clear instructions. Easy to find and room a plenty for 2 couples or a small family There were so many good things about this place it's hard to write them all down."
