This completely remodeled and updated coastal unit is ready for you to enjoy the best of both worlds - the sound and the ocean! Enjoy the breeze on the deck or from the common spaces. Or just relax at the pool. Boats allowed (see additional details below about boats). Fishing and walks on the beach are always rewarding not to mention the sunrises and the sunsets. The ocean is a three minute walk with easy access. Walk to restaurants, movies, and shopping.

Beautiful second floor condo, with access to a delightful beach, only a 3 minute walk away, right across the street via an easy public access. Includes a pool, outdoor grills, space for kids to run around, and free parking. Walking distance to a couple restaurants/shops and close to all Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, Morehead City, and Beaufort have to offer. Come enjoy your stay at the Southern Outer Banks!

Well appointed kitchen and a full bath. Very comfortable queen-size bed, plus a sofa for additional sleeping space. While it can accommodate up to four people, for this 300 square foot space, a maximum of three adults is recommended. Two adults with one child or two smaller children is also OK for this space. Coffee, teas, linens, towels, and beach towels provided for your convenience.

You can relax with high-speed internet, cable TV, along with an easy beach life. Great place to stay for that quiet vacation getaway to the coast!

You'll have full private access to the entire studio condo, along with shared community amenities, such as the pool, the yards, the walk-to beach, gazebo, picnic tables, deck, and a great community on the island!

All of the boat parking spaces and dock spaces are reserved. There are no available boat spaces at this time. If you wish to bring a boat, please contact me. I live locally and can allow you to park you boat at my place, space permitting.
