Originally built in 1925, this water view home is in the middle of the quaint island known as Harkers Island. Even though this island is off the beaten path, it boasts some of best fishing and hunting around. You are minutes from the famous Big Rock Blue Marlin tournament that takes place in June and it is home to some of the world renowned decoy carvers which can be seen at the Decoy Festival the first weekend in December. You can take a ferry to Cape Lookout seashore and go shelling or shop in the quaint shops of downtown Beaufort. This home has 3 bedrooms, two baths and sleeps up to 8\. If you have your own boat, there is a public boat ramp right up the road and covered parking at the house for your boat and car. NC Aquarium, Putt-Putt, multiple free museums, a few nature preserves, Harkers Island beach (recommended buckets and nets), Atlanta beach, stores, restaurants, seen dolphins and wild horses from Beaufort, rented side-by-sides and took the Ferry out of Davis to Cape Lookout (definitely put this on your list amazing πŸ’™) and so much more. Loved we could do touristy things, enjoy nature and relaxing aswell. Great host with great communication πŸ‘ ##### Angela R.
