The top floor has a king and a queen bedroom with views of the ocean, a twin room with views of the sound, & 2 full baths. The deck off the third floor offers a great space with ocean views to relax in a rocking chair and listen to the sound of the ocean. The bottom floor has 2 more rooms, a queen & another twin room, a full bath, and a cozy sitting area for extended family and friends. The second floor offers a comfortable kitchen/living/porch area for everyone to relax & enjoy the privacy granted from the Live Oaks surrounding the property. Located in a cul-de-sac with walking paths to both the beach & the shopping center/grocery store just across the street. Dogs welcome of any size but please limit to 2 and plan for a nonrefundable pet deposit. Wireless Internet and Smart TVs throughout. Washer/dryer. Outdoor shower. We’ve been N Myrtle Beach goers for many many years which in recent years, has become extremely busy/crowded/commercialized. This home is a great location - for beaching as well as close to groceries and restaurants. Very quiet and very clean. Beach access was a short and fun adventure for our little ones and having chairs, umbrellas, toys and a wagon to get it back and forth was priceless! Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Kitchen was great for making meals and big table to gather around for meals as well as card games was a bonus. We all loved the access to porches even kept us semi dry dealing with Hurricane Betty. The ocean view from the top floor porch was even better than expected. There’s a wonderful boardwalk through the trees that leads to the beach access. There were enough beach chairs and other beach things provided, including a wagon, to make for a great time. Very convenient to not have to travel with these things ourselves. It had everything we needed and there was plenty of comfortable space for 5 adults. There was one small glitch with the a/c one day and Carrie and Charlie were on it immediately.
