Set up more for artistic looks than comfort.
Check in and check out took twice as long as anyplace I've stayed. Rooms were bare minimalist; had to use ottoman for my suitcase. Bathroom, there were no place to put soap or shampoo in shower/bath. Even the stand holding the toilet paper had to be held to get a couple sheets off or it fell over. Complimentary breakfast: no attendant to clean off tables after someone left, a long wait before someone refilled food or coffee.
I've stayed in Hampton Inns before and this was definitely not what I expected.
