Check in was quick and staff was friendly. Room wasn't very clean. Used soap and bandages in shower upon arrival. Killed three cockroaches in two night stay, but I'm sure there were plenty more. Walls are thin, so noise from other guests and busy highway outside is sometimes noticeable. You get what you pay for.

Ceiling in bathroom was caved in, he shower was mildewy, the wall was scratched up, windows broken, cigarette smell, holes in the bedsheets and dirt and hair on the bed. Thanks for the refund though.

The stay was okay I wasn't complaining about that it's just the false advertisement when I looked at the site it show different looking really nice but when I went into the room it looked like someone just threw it I've ass together

Dirty dingy and giant gaps in the doors I think I got tetanus from just sitting on the bed. There was so many holes in the blankets. Smelled funny coffee stains on the sink counters. Nasty bathroom it was literally disgusting.

Needs updates but overall clean
The beds seemed clean. Towels were clean but dingy looking. Paint and ceiling was peeling. Mold in the bathroom and wood trim was rotted. Has potential to be a good motel, but just needs updating. Last night at the hotel I saw several roaches.

Roaches were everywhere in our room, especially in the bathroom. It was a nightmare. Noise was unbearable and non stop. Doors slamming, people arguing loudly, and my wife and I were actually scared, I was happy with the office manager who identified with the dead bugs and stated to me she’d write a report and encouraged me to get in touch with Expedia and demand my money back.

Bathroom and room was dirty, found roaches both alive and dead, bedding wasnt clean, all of this as housekeeping just left after checking in. Too expensive for what this is. Wouldn't stay again.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and clean. It was quiet of street noice. The facility is old and very worn, some rotting boards around the base of building in places. There was no working smoke detector in our room, and the ground floor window did not lock. Wall lamp shades were broken. If I was a woman traveling alone, I would not stay here, I would not feel safe on the property. The surrounding neighborhood felt safe enough, but the property just felt sketchy.

The lady at the desk was very nice and very kind. The first room we were placed in was visibly very old and the air conditioner would not come on. We went back to the lobby to see if perhaps we were not turning it on properly and she took the time to come up to the room to check it out. It was indeed broken, so she returned to the lobby to find us another room. She came back with a couple so we went to the second room to check it. No electricity! She took us to a third room, which appeared to be in either a newer area of construction or recent renovation. It was completely clean and the ac worked. I appreciated her staying with us until the matter was resolved. We did not have to make multiple trips to the lobby and at 10 pm with two kids that was important!

The staff were great but the property was awful!!! The side entrances had no doors. Someone could walk right in to where the rooms are. There were leaks up and down the hallways with buckets underneath. Our room had mold in the shower. Nothing felt clean!! There were stains on the sheets and the doors did not lock.

The room was dirty. The toilet was dirty or it had mold. One of the beds smelled of throw up. When we told the person at the front desk he ask did we try flushing it. Needless to say we will NOT be staying here ever again.

The back entrance to our hall was an unlocked door that anyone could walk into. There were 3 men and a woman smoking marijuana and cigarettes right at that back door. I don’t smoke and it was awful to walk through that and felt unsafe. The bathroom vent did not work and it was full of dirt/dust. Bathroom floor wasn’t clean- we wiped it down with a tissue. Mini fridge door was badly rusted.

This place was a dump. The lady who was in the front desk with one eye kept talking to me in spanish. I'm not spanish. She sent me in rooms that doesn't open. The next room the window does not lock and very unsafe. All the rooms on the first floor windows doesnt lock. The front desk lady gave us master key so you can pretty much open any rooms in the hotel. DO NOT BOOK at this old crappy hotel it is not safe.

Husband was there for buisness working in the area and online this looked like a remodel was done and very clean however it was dirty the refrigerator had not been cleaned mold in the corners and dirt in the bathroom makes you wonder if the sheets are cleaned! I have contacted the property I would like a refund and I have pictures to show how filthy this place is will never come back surprisingly they are in business

There was nothing I liked about this property. I’m suprised the Health Department hasn’t shut them down. If this placed has been cleaned in recent times you could not tell it. We left a day early because we couldn’t stand it any longer.

Our room was cleaned 1 out of the 4 days we stayed. We even gather up the garbage, made our own beds and got our own towels and they never even came to our room! Hand railing leading to room was so roasted it had caution tape on it!
