Overall the stay was decent & convenient since I was traveling however, the key cards to the rooms were faulty to the point where I had to switch rooms. Also the shower is very different so you may have to call the front desk to figure out how to turn it on. Other than that the staff is nice and this location is quiet.

This was the most disgusting hotel experience I have ever had. Bed sheets weren’t cleaned- they had grass, dirt, sand, hair on them when we turned the bed down. The appearance of mold on the sheets. We were moved to a second room- dried stains in the sink, unclean tub full of hair, sticky stuff in the floor. We were then moved to a third room and it was survivable given it was 1 am at this point and we had nowhere else to go. When contacting management they acted as if we were the ones in the wrong and that their hotel was in excellent shape. They even went as far to fire the front desk employee that had helped us all night try to find a decent room because he defended us. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. I only gave the “staff and service” 4 stars simply because of how kind the kid at the desk was, and then lost his job over it.

"Free" breakfast. Fast checkout. Clean room. Non-working soda vending machine. Snack machine selection was abysmal. Breakfast items that were were supposed to be available from 5:30-7:30 a.m. were not: waffle-making machine, microwavable breakfast sandwiches, orange juice. Internet went out for more than 12 hours. TV remote response was delayed. Didn't watch the TV- nothing appealing to watch. Lighting in room was very dim.

Our breakfast from 5:30 am to 7:00 am is heat and serve sandwiches and other continental breakfast, and 7:00 to 9:00 we serve hot items with rotated menus. Property has been recently renovated and looks great. Staff is very friendly. Room beside us was super noisy and there was hallway noise all evening long. It was a little noisier than the previous few times we have stayed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Silver Creek Inn. The facility is extremely nice and clean. The staff from check-in until check-out were extremely courteous and friendly. We had an issue with the tv in the room and as soon as we called the front desk a member of the staff came right away and fixed the issue. We enjoyed the breakfast that was available. We will definitely stay at a Best Western facility in the future.

I would personally advise against staying in this hotel. Started with the keys. The keys would not work on the door and the handle was faulty. Had the keys redone and same thing happened. Clerk at front desk had an attitude due to coming to be let in our room. Asked to change rooms and was told no other rooms available. Stated that if it continued to be problem they would come get us in. Come to find out it was not just our room having this problem as multiple rooms were getting keys made throughout the evening. Just bad customer service and then filthy towels in the rooms

Just mediocre....
Room was in desperate need of a deep clean. Bathtub had residual hairs and significant soap scum ring on tub. Top of dresser hadn't been dusted in quite a while. Edges of carpet had chips and food crumbs. Pillows were a serious joke. While there were 4 on each bed, they were approximately the size of couch pillows and very uncomfortable. Mattress was just OK. Parking is a problem with dumpsters taking up the majority of spaces on the side. Large truck was allowed to take up multiple spots and staff did nothing when notified. Elevator is disgusting. Not sure that all the bugs in the lights aren't a fire hazard. Breakfast was good for free standard food and staff attending to it was very friendly. Daughter enjoyed the pool. It did the job - provided a place to lay our heads, but wouldn't book here again. Great location, has potential with a lot better housekeeping and a little better management.

Great location. Rooms were very clean and hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was until 9:30am with cooking ending at 9:00am which seemed early for the weekend.
