Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway in the heart of Mitchell Village, nestled in scenic Morehead City, NC. This spacious and inviting five-bedroom, three-bathroom vacation rental offers comfort, convenience, and classic coastal charm—ideal for families or groups looking to unwind and explore North Carolina’s Crystal Coast.  
Located just minutes from beautiful Bogue Sound, and less than a mile from a community boat ramp, this home is perfect for boaters, water lovers, and outdoor adventurers. Spend your days fishing or cruising the sound, then return home to enjoy a refreshing dip in the private above-ground pool or relax with a book on one of the home’s welcoming porches.  
Inside, the home offers ample space to relax and recharge. Two of the five bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, providing a spa-like retreat. The primary bedroom’s ensuite offers a soaker tub—perfect for a quiet soak after a day on the water. Three additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for kids or guests, with thoughtfully appointed furnishings and décor.  
The living and dining areas create a warm space for gathering, while the kitchen has everything you need for meals at home. With a large yard, pet-friendly policy, and plenty of room to stretch out, this home offers something for everyone.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:  
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag  
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.  
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.  
  
PET POLICY:   
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.   
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).   
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).   
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
