The unit location within the complex is indicated in the aerial photo. The unit offers a "Peekaboo" Ocean View from the front window with a shared balcony as shown in the pictures. Experience peaceful walks, shelling, sunbathing, surf fishing, and sunset walks on on 600 ft of Pristine SECLUDED BEACH. The Coastal Bike Path is also available for jogging, bike rides, and walking. Watch Sun, Surf & Sand Vacation Rentals presents Ocean Sands on YT. Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" as there is no enclosed lobby and the unit has an individual wall mounted a/c unit. This is a SMOKE-FREE Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building. The interior boasts a queen bed, full size futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and WiFi. Perfect for couples, singles, and families with small children. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests. This is a beachfront complex but your unit is located on the outward side of the building facing neighboring complex and does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. Have the convenience of driving right up and parking right in front of your unit! You can enjoy Ocean views from the wraparound public balcony on the 2nd floor, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos). There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests. Secure Complimentary WiFi is provided for your convenience. Many local eateries/shops are within walking distance. Dollar General is across the street and Food Lion is a mile away. Additional restaurants, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away. Perfect getaway for a romantic weekend, or a family retreat ...watch dolphins splash from the oceanside gazebo ... don’t miss the sunset over the ocean waves .... stroll the sandy beach ... build a sandcastle with the kids ... surf cast for one of the many varieties of fish in our ocean waters ... watch surfers hang ten.... It's tiny and cute and clean and just the right size for two. So easy to get into Morehead City for yummy food and fun entertainment. And a very quick walk over a well-kept boardwalk to get to the beach. We will definitely go back. ##### Melanie P. Short walk from unit to a very nice beach. Beach chairs provided. Lots of restaurant choices nearby or a short drive to Morehead City. Nice that basic cable was available as there was a bit of rain during my stay; also can stream. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend going to Beaufort and taking the ferry to Shackleford Island. Would definitely recommend this unit for a single person or couple. ##### Sara D. Place was clean and property manager was great with communication. I was surprised by how small the place was but the coziness grew on us and we had everything we needed! Mattress on pull out is not very comfortable. Back part of rental where bed and bathroom are located stays pretty warm even with air conditioning cranked. Unit C251 is a small studio bu perfect because it was just me. Property is right on beach and very quiet and low-key. Even though the weather wasn't great #claudette, we had a fantastic stay. The room was clean, great beach access, and the perfect size for a small family.
