Close to old Auray town
Everything about this hotel was good. It was a short distance to the old town of Auray. We booked it because if our good experience at the Brit Hotel in Caen.

On the putskirts of Auray but easy walking distance to the port and town. Generous breakfast overlooking lovey garden with local special bread Great base for touring Morbihan coast at very reasonable cost for an expensive areà Great service throughout and staff fluent in English for nô' French speakers Would recommend

It was a very good hotel for the price, and conveniently situated near the megalithic sites we came to see. It was a bit of a walk into town to find a restaurant but there is a nice place next door that we could have made reservations at if we'd been more organized. Beautiful garden, nice breakfast area, good selection of bread, pastry, etc. for breakfast. Despite my abysmal French the proprietress was very helpful in giving us maps etc. to the places we were going to go see.

Very convenient and good value
Good location 15 minutes walk from Port Goustan and Auray and for driving around beautiful gulf of Morbihan. Obviously a popular Logis. Cheap and cheerful.

Comfortable room. Convenient to nearby attractions. A Carrefour supermarket is nearby if one needs anything such as bottled drinks for a day trip etc. The room was west-facing and hot during a heat wave in July. Perhaps an electric fan in such rooms would help. Not possible to leave a window open at night for security reasons. (Ground level room facing a road). Staff managed to find my forgotten phone charger and rushed it out to me before I drove off. Much appreciated!! Wifi system is challenging. Repeatedly logs user out or has difficulty connecting. Otherwise, a good visit.

Urgh!
It was a very basic place. The bed was not comfy and they’d helpfully put a sofa in front of my bedroom door, which made it really hard to get in and out. Wanting to charge me for using the iron for ten minutes was the straw that broke the camels back. I moved out the next day and went elsewhere.

Good small hotel
Friendly staff. Very reasonable price. Our twin room was small but there are larger ones. Quiet room overlooking gardens. Good breakfast. Enjoyed our stay and easy walk to harbour and restaurants . You have to cross main road and find footpath, but then nice walk beside water. You can't go wrong with Logis hotels and they always seem to take dogs.

Convenient for Auray and surrounding areas
We stayed 2 nights for Auray and a trip to Carnac. On first impression, the hotel looks like an out-of-town motel, however, the staff were friendly and provided a local map. It turns out that it is only a 10 minute slightly hilly walk into old Auray town. The room was fine if a little bland. Parking was free and plenty of it. Finding the hotel was a little difficult - SatNav took us into town and then we had to use Google to track down the actual location, but once you know where it is its very convenient. The onsite facilities are limited (no restaurant, bar closes at 9pm), but there is an excellent restaurant right next door.

Good location for walking to the harbour.
I arrived late 3hr flight delay. They were expecting me & couldhave made my entry easier, especially as I don't read French too easily. Good breakfast, comfortable room, captains cabin room 39, but not big enough for two adults. Children playing out the back until midnight may have disturbed SOME people, I slept well.

Convenient location for tourist attractions
We were very satisfied with this hotel. The service was very friendly and efficient and provided good information on the local area. Breakfast was excellent with close attention to detail (hot coffee all the time, warm croissants).Location just right for touring the area(Carnac megaliths and coast) but also near enough to walk to the town of Auray and the lovely port area(St Goustan). Ample parking facilities and lovely garden area.

l 'hotel est bien situe près du port mais le seul bémol est le prix du petit dejeuner et la moquette partout .... l'accueil est sympa et le service bien mais le ménage laisse à désirer .... car les draps ne sont pas changés juste bien rangé et lissé pareil pour les serviettes de bain durant notre séjour ... j'aurai aimé au moins qu'on change les serviettes tous les 2 jours ainsi que les draps ...

chers clientsle tarif du petit déjeuner buffet est de 11.50 euros. Toutes nos chambres sont équipées de moquette, plus chaleureux. Le service d'étage entretien votre chambre tous les jours. A la demande du client, les serviettes sont changées si besoin. Des serviettes propres sont à disposition dans des panières dans les couloirs. Une notice de consignes est disposée dans les chambres à lire. En ce qui concernent les draps, ils sont changés tous les 4 jours durant votre séjour.L’eau est une ressource précieuse. Si vous restez plusieurs jours dans notre établissement, demandez à ce que nous ne remplacions pas quotidiennement vos serviettes de bain et vos draps. Modérez votre consommation d’eau lors de votre douche. ce sont nos actions pour l'environnement.BRITHOTEL LE BRANHOC AURAY

Bon rapport qualité prix, hôtel calme avec un joli jardin. Petit bémol pour aller au restaurant juste à côté, il faut penser à réserver et pour trouver un autre restaurant il faut aller jusqu'au port, ou il est difficile de stationner...

Elmhotel.es.excelente, la atencion maravillosa, tiene un spa y un jardin inmenso con un par de mesitas donde.puedes.pedir algo de tomar. La habitacion es muy buena amplia y comoda con camas buenisimas. Queda un poco lejos del centro de quimper por lo que hace falta tener carro
