We found it quite cold the evening we were there and were very grateful for the log burner. It was a very fleeting visit and it was very good of Erin tom agree to just one night. I had some difficulty on my phone dealing with the VRBO booking (had never used them before) but it was fine on my laptop (technophobe so don't know why!) so my 4 star comment relate to that not the quality of the accommodation. I think we all (4 adults) felt that a few days in the house would have been very relaxing but we were on a very whistlestop tour! Lovely views but mainly dark when we were there! The property had not been cleaned well and some supplies for the fire were unavailable. Previous guests had used all matches and fire starters but after talking to the owner, this was sorted out very quickly and the owners very very attentive to other issues as they arose. A deep clean was scheduled on our leaving the property, and the owner allowed us to check out late afternoon as a good will gesture. We would happily stay again.
