The property has been cleaned up and renovated from when we last stayed with the new management and it looks great! We were very happy with the stay. Service was great. The beds and pillows were fantastic.

Truly, I would only stay here for the mineral pools. The rooms were supposed to be non smoking but they smelled of smoke. The rooms didn’t make me want to return to this hotel. The property is dated, and needs a major upgrade. The mineral spas are wonderful but again it’s dated and tired looking.

The spa was great! all the treatments my husband and I got were very good! However, the hotel room did not have air conditioning that worked well. So we were in the hot mineral pool, or outside in the heat, and wanted to go into a cool room to sleep but was unable to. The front desk worker sent a maintenance guy up and he said to give it 12hrs to work and that it was just an old unit. The next day, the room was still not cool. The front desk lady said she could not do anything.

Rooms & facilities are spacious and quite dated. It is an old place. The dining area of the restaurant was the worst of it and not worth the pricing. Thankfully, there are many other great eateries within a 5 minute walk. The mineral pool and sauna are amazing, and related facilities are top notch, making it worth the stay. Adjacent to a park, makes for a quiet, relaxing stay. Casino Moose Jaw is small but newly renovated and fun.

Undoubtedly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in a long time. Like typical 70’s era hotels the rooms are substandard. A single sink in the bathroom so forget a shaving kit or your girlfriend’s make up bag. I had to crawl on my hands and knees to plug my CPAP in from behind the bed as there were no outlets on that side of the room. There’s a real staff shortage. Due to the neighborhood they lock doors at 10 pm. My girlfriend went to get something from the vehicle and forgot her key. She rang the entrance buzzer for 10 minutes before someone let her back into the hotel. The mineral pool is public access so be prepared to swim with the rest of Moose Jaw. For the money I expect way more. Definitely won’t be a repeat stay.

Booked a luxury suite and the room and the furniture of a rat trap motel, couch was from the 90s in such horrible condition you couldn’t sit on it, all the furniture in the room and scratches and chunks out of the wood, dollar store curtain rod for a shower that used to have a sliding door. Not worth the $300 per night. What a joke, brought the concerns up with front desk and was greeted with them laughing about it. Won’t return that’s for sure
