This beautiful cottage "Witten" offers a secluded retreat in the district of Moorweg, located on the outskirts of Esens, approximately 6 km from the town center. The vacation rental features a spacious yard adorned with lush lawns and vibrant flowers, providing ample outdoor space for relaxation. Convenient parking for two cars is available right at the property. Inside, you'll find a storage room for bicycles and a central heating system, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Immerse yourself in nature with the property's private, large garden boasting lush lawns and colorful flower beds. This idyllic outdoor space offers a tranquil escape for you to unwind and bask in the beauty of your surroundings.

Unit Layout  
This 3-room house is a 95 square meter property spread across two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find a modern and tastefully furnished living/dining room featuring a Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV with a flat-screen display, as well as a radio. There is one bedroom with a double bed measuring 2x90 cm and 200 cm in length. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on the ground floor. The house is outfitted with underfloor heating for your comfort. Upstairs on the upper floor, there is another bedroom with sloping ceilings and two beds measuring 90 cm and 200 cm in length.

During your vacation, you'll have access to a range of amenities to enhance your stay. The property features a large terrace with outdoor furniture and a portable barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining.
