Since the property was developed Mediterranean, we call it the "Villa Toscana". There are the following rooms: living room with sofa bed, double room with large shower and washbasin, double room, first floor with 3 beds. The upper floor has no toilet and the stairs down is narrow and steep! The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, cutlery and kitchenware for 9 people. WLAN 16 MBit. SATELLITE TV. The house has a modern fuel central heating. In summer, all solar is heated. The large terrace and the covered barbecue area may be used. In the large garden and in the greenhouse you will find a lot of fruit and vegetables depending on the season. What you find may be harvested or nibbled. Ample parking is available on and in front of the property. Two older bicycles are available to guests. Grunertshofen is located on the Roman road and the current bike path Via Julia. In the direct neighborhood there is a bakery (open 6-10, Sat-12am). The yard on the south side of the property is in operation and he has a farm shop z. B. for free-range eggs. Our daughter sprained her knee and they provided Voltarin gel and crutches for her to use. They also offered to drive us to the train station to go to Oktoberfest. The guest house is very quaint. Vorweg gesagt, der Garten ist wirklich ein Traum, der Vermieter sehr nett und die Küche ist super! Zu allem anderen passt einfach leider nicht das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Es ist wirklich ein sehr altes Haus, das teilweise eine Renovierung nötig hätte. Dass es nicht wie ein Neubau sein kann, war uns klar. Aber für den Mietpreis und die sehr guten Bewertungen hatten wir mehr erwartet. So war es einfach nur okay. Erwähnen möchte ich noch die Treppe ins Obergeschoss, die tatsächlich sehr steil und die Stufen sehr schmal sind. Zudem sind die zwei Steinstufen zum Bad und zur Toilette extrem hoch OHNE eine Gelände! Vorsicht, wer unsicher zu Fuß ist. Dass keine Toilette einen Papierrollenhalter hatte, überraschte mich, bei doch so hervorragenden Bewertungen. Wenn dann noch bedacht wird, dass es im Ort keinen Bäcker und Supermarkt gibt und man wirklich viel fahren muss, so ist der hohe Mietpreis leider nicht gerechtfertigt. Trotzdem war der Aufenthalt schön und in Ordnung! It was clean and reasonably distanced from downtown. Harry, the host, is very nice and went beyond his way to help us with anything we needed including adding an additional crib so our twin babies can each have their own crib.
