Unique in its kind, with a view on the mountain and the lagoon, this new villa with a beach house theme offers comfortable interior and exterior spaces, very convivial and all the modern equipment for the well-being of its occupants. The terrace is equipped with a sitting area where guests can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. A bbq is available, ideal for moments with family or friends. Inside, the large living room benefits from excellent ventilation thanks to its opening onto the terrace and its high ceiling. A flat screen Smart TV is available to guests. The modern beachhouse decoration combined with the lighting effects at night gives the property a cosy and intimate atmosphere. This single-story villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with a double bed. For the comfort of its occupants, the villa has 3 bathrooms, one for each bedroom. If needed, a sofa bed is available. Villa Hoa is undoubtedly one of the must-see vacation rentals during your stay on the island of Moorea. If you love the sea, you will appreciate the ideal location of the villa facing the lagoon. Moorea is an incredible island to visit and this property makes the perfect jumping off point. The location is great and it feels safe and secure. Communication with property manager was prompt and helpful always. What really blew us away was the house. It is new, clean and perfect as a rental. Each room and bedroom was comfortable, well decorated and pristinely clean. Each bedroom has a great bathroom. Provided shampoo, conditioner and soap in each shower and sufficient toilet paper. Towels for both beach and bathroom which was appreciated! The pool and deck are a wonderful place to relax and spend time. And the full laundry room was wonderful!You will want to have a rental car here which we did.Using the kayaks is a real plus. Not good snorkeling in the lagoon but easy to go out to the reef by kayak. No stand up paddle board while we were there, but that was ok. We wish we had booked this home for longer!! ##### Caitlin M.
