Easy access to Simms Cove where you can enjoy a walk to Moonta and Port Hughes Jetties or try your luck fishing from the beach. Reverse-cycle split system air conditioners and ceiling fans in all four bedrooms and living spaces. You can be assured of being able to stay warm in winter and cool in summer. Don’t worry about data ‘cause we got FREE WIFI. Reefy's is ideally configured for 1 to 3 couples and up to 7 children to have a great holiday. Comprising 4 bedrooms, large open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area, 2 bathrooms and laundry with washing machine. Has a large kids bedroom that can be used as a play room (TV, DVD, stereo, Wii, foosball table) and/or sleep four in two bunk beds. Outside is a fully fenced backyard and a large well maintained lawned space ideal for backyard cricket. We even have a basketball ring to use (bring your basketball). Fully equipped kitchen with stove top/oven, large fridge, accessories i.e. kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glassware, pots and pans for all your holiday needs. Large open plan kitchen / lounge / dining area with plasma TV, blue-ray CD / DVD with surround sound. Main Bedroom with en-suite. Large shaded entertainment deck with 4 burner BBQ caters for all. Overlooks large lawn area for kids to play or family to play backyard cricket. Basketball hoop provided. For the fishers, there is room for a boat or two plus fish cleaning facilities. Close to Port Hughes and Moonta Jetties, cafes, general store post/office, tavern, playgrounds, golf courses, Moonta Mines and the township of Moonta. Locality Moonta Bay and Port Hughes are close neighbours of the small business centre of Moonta, located on the shores of Spencer Gulf , an easy 2 hour, 168 kilometre drive from Adelaide. A popular holiday destination with good beaches, jetties and fishing, Safe, sandy beaches, the Dunes golf course, boating facilities and jetty make this area a real draw card for fishermen, families and holidaymakers alike. While here, take the opportunity to go on a fishing charter, and use local knowledge to find the secret fishing spots for a great catch. The beaches are stunning to look at with wide sandy shores, flat clear blue green water are excellent for families; and the jetty provides beautiful views of the coast and beaches when looking back to the mainland. "The GAP" Camping Reserve with 4WD beach access is approx. a 30min drive away. Everything you need for a big family/two family stay. Very short walk to the beach and easy walking access to Moonta and Port Hughes Jetties for fishing/squidding. Highly recommend. ##### Caroline O. The kids loved the basketball ring and there were so many games and things to keep everyone entertained. The two big lounges were great. There were plenty of plates, platters etc for everyone to use. Three generations of my family of 13 people stayed almost a week at this location. The house is perfectly located within walking location to the beach and even Moonta Bay jetty. The house had everything we needed. A fully fenced yard was perfect for the kids, the location was quiet, and the house was clean and tidy with all the kitchen equipment etc needed for a holiday. The two fridges were definitely helpful for a large group. The host was very helpful and he communicated everything we needed to know with clear details. Our recent stay at this amazing holiday destination was nothing short of spectacular! Just a mere 2 minutes from an almost private beach, the location could not have been more ideal. The house itself was enormous, providing ample space for our family to spread out and truly relax. One of the highlights was the fantastic backyard, which was perfect for our furry family members and the kids to play freely. They had a great time exploring, and we loved being able to watch them from the comfort of the deck. While the deck is quite high, we were aware of this beforehand, and it turned out to be a fantastic spot for enjoying evening sunsets.Communication with the owner was prompt and informative, ensuring that we had everything we needed for an stress-free stay. The surrounding area is a gem for families, with a plethora of activities to keep everyone entertained. We especially loved the free water park just a few minutes away and the charming train ride that added an extra touch of history & adventure to our trip.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday destination.
