The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. "We had a nice quiet week in this adorable and clean home just relaxing in the pool and spending time in the kayaks. We ventured out for some yummy Mexican food for dinner, ice cream in Reedville, and the nearby cafe to try their cappuccino and breakfasts but otherwise spent a nice family week playing games and swimming. The Rappahannock carries special meaning for them...it's where they began their love story, and where they were engaged. Pop Castle is a warm, beautiful place for an event...only surpassed by the warmth and kindness of it's owners. The home is historic, well-maintained, and so comfortable! No detailsforgotten. Amazing kitchen! Bathrooms immaculate and the most comfy beds! This is truly a place for relaxation and sharing joy with friends & family! It has every amenity for a large gathering...beautiful views and grounds, places to spread out and come together! As Mother of the Bride, I was not as relaxed as I would have liked! But...all the more reason to return with the folks we treasure for another "Rivah" Respite!
