"We planned a girls weekend in Colorado Springs and found this perfect gem of a place to be our main hub. The location is in a great neighborhood within 10 miles of the Springs. Downtown Monument is a 3 minute drive and has convenient restaurants and shopping. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen stocked with dishes and soap, and the water pressure in the shower was the best I’ve had in years!! The hot tub was hot and easy to operate. Towels were provided too!! We highly recommended this...

"Very clean. Cute quaint property. Communication with property manager was very prompt. Enjoyed hot tub as an amenity in lovely tree lined backyard. Well stocked with coffee, laundry detergent, etc. Laundry in cellar was not expected. If you have a larger truck or SUV parking is very tight but street parking is allowed. Deer in front yard frequently…so cute. "

"This was a spacious unit and well stocked with kitchen needs. The location was excellent for our needs and right across the highway from Wines of Colorado. Although the highway had high traffic, you could not hear it from within the unit. Communication with Hoste was quick. "

"The cabin was great. Clean, comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked perfectly. Nice utensils, dinnerware, glassware. This was the best stocked kitchen out of all the places we have stayed. We had a visit from a family of deer. Mama and 3 litters. Would definitely stay again"

"This was a super cute home in the perfect location! We were within driving distance of several attractions and within walking distance of shopping and dining. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed! Some other renters had a hard time with parking- we didn’t have any problems tho! Loved our stay!"

"Overall, a good location for visiting Colorado Springs. The historic neighbourhood the property is located in is very beautiful. The property was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The only negatives were the somewhat awkward status and multi-level transitions within the main living area as others have mentioned. The available street parking was scary at times. Vehicles travel at high rates of speed within a few feet of parking which makes getting in and out of your vehicle challenging."

"Property owner was top notch with communication - fast replies, info and rental was ready early even though we weren't. House is on a nice street for walking your dog. Unfortunately there are a lot of homeless people in the area/neighborhood, on the streets and sleeping on sidewalks. We had a great time visiting with our nephew. Went to Rudy's BBQ nearby for takeout which was very good. And the next day, before we left, we stopped at The Jive Coffee Shop only a few blocks away and had the best...
