"We did like the pond that was close enough so the kids could throw bread of the balcony and feed them. We did not like the fact that the side parking lot was not lighted, light poles were there but were not functioning, the path to the room was lighted. We did not like that the sliding door in the room had no weather strip between the stationary side and the functioning side, the panes were large enough to be flexible enough so i could get my hand between them and there was no lock on the door...

We typically are satisfied, and if anything is not up to standards the owners and management team ensure our comfort immediately. We traveled 6 hours to Colorado for a football tournament and when we arrived at our rental the condition in which we walked into was beyond disgusting. "Bunk beds and backyard playground were great foe our kids. We didn't need all of the bedroom space, but could have comfortably held 6 more adults. It was well set up and we appreciated the nice beds. It is in a good spot to visit north Colorado Springs. Some other details. We brought our dog, there eas a 50 dollar fee for him (not listed). Also, the company that manages it requires 35 dollar liability waiver. Range did work during our stay (refering to other comment)."

"We rented this beautiful house to celebrate our 40th birthdays with four other couples. The house had everything you could imagine and more! Hot tub, movie theater, workout room, fully stocked kitchen, extra toiletries, pool table, and beautiful views. The house was immaculate and the house manager was responsive and met us as we checked in. Would recommend this house and these hosts to anyone!"

"My family and I have stayed at this property a number of times now and love it every time. There are 10 of us total, (4 adults and 6 kids, ages 4-15). It’s spacious enough for us to all spread out, but also so cozy for family games, movies, and hikes. Over the years our kids have loved playing with the toys in the “play” garage and this year they squealed and laughed happily for hours in the new addition playing duck-duck-goose. The yard is also fully fenced so it’s a perfect nature playground...
