A great week
Our family of 6 had a great week. Check in was easy and the house was very nice. The proximity to the beach was by far the best aspect for us. The adults and teens could walk back and forth from the beach to the house as we pleased, the flexibility was amazing.

Wonderful house
Spent an entire week with extended family here - Adults and kids of all ages. It was a wonderful house with an even better location. Everyone was very comfortable in the house, and really enjoyed the large outdoor wrap around deck. Loved having the beach across the street for easy use, and convenience stores around the corner. Highly recommend to all; would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing trip and stay at this listing. Deb was so friendly and provided prompt information for check in/out process and the area we were in. A beautiful home with friendly neighbors. We enjoyed walking each morning to the bakery!

Close to Beach!
Nice property and close to Monument Beach which is a nice small walkable beach with a marina. Also close to a convenience store, ice cream store, and bar. The Lobster Trap is a walkable mile away with sidewalks the entire route, The Chart Room is a couple of miles away by car.

We loved the house! It was in great condition —a combination of old and beautifully renovated. The views from the master and the wraparound porch were fantastic and the neighborhood was very nice— it felt like old Cape Cod!

We had a great time at this rental. There were plenty of nooks and hiding places for my kids to play hide and seek. There was also a great wooden train set in the parlor to keep the kids occupied for hours. It was also large enough for my family to spread out and not be on top of everyone. The location of this house was a wonderful jumping off point for all of our cape adventures and within walking distance to a beach and playground. My family had a wonderful vacation at this house. 10/10

The house was comfortable, interesting, and functional with good sleeping quarters and family space. All six adults that stayed overnight were pleased with the house, proximity to the beach, wilderness walking, restaurants, and grocery stores. The property won the most apprehensive among us.

Girls Trip 2022

House was spotlessly cleaned before our arrival and the hosts were on-top of communicating with us. We enjoyed the beach up the road, but really enjoyed the central location of the house which gave us easy access to Plymouth, Hyannis and the Cape.

Had a wonderful time with family at this lovely house! Old style with new updates. I kept thinking how my father would have love it there. Old charm while being right across the street from the ocean! LOVED the giant porch! Was out there everyday and even played games out there on a rainy day. I would go back.

My wife, our children, and our in-laws stayed at this property for a family wedding on Cape Cod. It is a wonderful property and great location near Monument Beach. The place was comfortable and very clean. It is as described in the listing. The only drawback, which the owners noted, is you have to bring your own bedsheets.

Absolutely perfect
We stayed in this beautiful home over a long weekend with our extended family ranging in ages from under 1 to 70, and everyone had a great time. The house itself is spacious and had everything we needed. It includes an amazing wraparound porch, and a stunning fireplace, ideal for family time hanging out. We were delighted to find a high chair, toys, games, and books that our kids loved. We were steps from the beach which was so helpful with young kids as well. Communication with the owners was excellent. We hope to be back again next year!

This house is the perfect Cape Cod getaway!
This house as everything you need including amazing views from the bedrooms and wraparound porch to the amazing sea breeze! The beach is literally a minute from the house, bike and walking trails nearby, an amazing bakery and an ice cream store a 5 minute walk from the house, great restaurants like the Lobster Trap and Chart House a quick drive up the road, Falmouth is a 15 minute drive also. This is one of our favorite Cape vacation spots, we will definitely return!

We had a great experience in this beautiful house !! We visit the glass museum, the beach right in front if the house, the Heritage gatden and museum, and a board walk to another beach about 20 min from the house. We ate lobster and very goid food right around the corner of the house, bake goods from Becky’s bakery and Homade icecream from right around the corner of Shore Street. I was a perfect break for all of us😁Thank you Deb and Joe

5 Days in New England
After Covid, it was great to get the family together from 3 states in a classic New England setting. The renovations on the charming home facing the sunset are all well done with character. The owners responded quickly to all my questions. We happily lived out on the porch as we got lucky with the weather all week. A great 5 days for us.

Nice property, nice experience however, it's a very strange and inconvenient request to ask guest to bring bed sheets for all the varius sized beds. Especially when flying in. There was only one roll of toilet paper, no hand or bath soaps, and your expected to do laundry for 10 people and be our out the house by 10 am. It was a nice stay but with annoying inconveniences, I'm torn off I would stay here again or not.
