Escape to this cozy nest surrounded by green fields. A true haven of peace located in a magnificent setting with a view of the valleys and its occupants! This little cocoon renovated with taste and care by the owners will charm you with its enveloping atmosphere. Its peaceful environment, near the river "la Jouanne" invites you to disconnect while enjoying the comfort thanks to its services and equipment: quality equipped kitchen, beds made, heated swimming pool, pétanque ground, hiking trails and mountain bike trails nearby.   
The small intimate terrace facing due south will become your favorite place at the end of the day!   
Shops 4.5 km away: Montsûrs. From the cottage, easy access to the remarkable sites of Mayenne: Laval, its Christmas Lights, its castle, its Naïve Art museum, Sainte-Suzanne, a medieval city voted "Most beautiful village in France", Saulges with its prehistory museum and caves, the climbing site, the Evron basilica, the picturesque village of Saint-Pierre-Sur-Erve... Lake of the Val de Jouanne with beach and pedal boat rental 8 km away...   
Local producers nearby: vegetables, bread, cheese, wool, mushrooms, apple juice/cider,...   
The owners will be able to accompany you to discover the best of the region. Gite/Studio not overlooked on one level, 1 or 2 people.
