It will sleep 6, but we only had 3 of us in it. Enjoyed being able to sit at the firepit with a fire going and enjoyed the cute little ducks that came to visit from the pond out front the pin had a fountain and little bridge to enjoy as well the only thing we had a problem with was not enough towels. We only had 3, no extra, but they quickly brought us more. The soaps were empty in the shower as well. We had no wash pods for the washer. 2 coffees for a 3 day stay. Other than supplies being low the atmosphere and quiet beauty of the property made up for it.
