A quiet space to work /study from home (excellent wifi and the potential use of a desktop iMac included) yet steps away from Bld St Laurent and Mont Royal. The apartment has a very comfortable king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, a bath/shower and a working LP player. Unlimited heating, electricity and wifi included in sublet. This is a 3.5-month sublet from Sept 15th - Dec 1\. I am leaving for Europe for work. The rent includes all utilities (Wifi, heating, gas, and hydro).
