The pictures were very accurate. We stayed in early June, where the temperature started cold and got hotter each day. The unit had electric heaters that could be adjusted for each room, a large (I think) split A/C unit that was quiet, and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. It was easy to keep the unit the right temperature, with some unavoidable trial and error. The rooftop area was very nice and scenic, quite a few stairs so plan what you bring up there accordingly. I'm a very light sleeper, but with the noise machine I take everywhere the street noise didn't bother me at all. The bedroom is at the back of the apartment, and the street noise doesn't travel back there. Both the living room and bedroom have blackout-type curtains. The location was excellent, very close to the key neighborhoods and an Orange line metro station. There's good food options within a few blocks. I only speak English, and the host was very easy to contact and communicate with. I had no issues at all, and check in/check out was easier than average. ##### Dave M. This apartment was wonderful. Location was great. The communication was good and the check-in was easy. The weather didn't allow much use of the deck, but the view was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked. All in all it is a very comfortable apartment in a great city. We did see review/reference to parking across the street and that lot worked out nicely for us.
