Evenings and early mornings are very noisy between street crowds and garbage pick up3) washer dryer were not working properly. Clothes never got dry after hours and hours. Washer didn’t seem to rinse soap out either. 4) lobby and elevator smelled bad. Like someone dropped a fish on the carpet and never cleaned it up5) never saw another person in the building ever.
