I use Sonder quite a bit, and have stayed in this property multiple times. My main issue with Sonder is that checkin is late (4pm), and checkout is 11am. I had a 1 bedroom suite, the bedroom is a little tight, and you have to watch that you don’t stub your toe on the bed. But it’s nice to have more space overall compared to most downtown Montréal hotels.

Our unit was comfortable and had an incredible cityscape view. It was well equipped, but could benefit from some paint touch ups. The main pain point was the sewage smell that came out of the 2nd washroom through the stay.
