The hotel is very conveniently located downtown with Metro Guy-Concordia nearby. Lots of restaurants surrounding the property. Downtown location means lots of noise outside. The unit is nice. Big. Modern. Our coffee machine was broken, but I submitted a ticket in the Sonder App and someone came instantly with a replacement, which was good. Very responsive. Check-in was easy, if you’re comfortable with using the app. Note that the pool access is seasonal.

Sonder Maisonneuve is located in a great location - short walk from lots of international food options and the metro. I appreciated the thoughtful layout of the 1bdrm I booked. Even though it was only 400 sq ft, it felt so much bigger. Additionally, having an in-unit washer/dryer was so helpful as you never know what accidents may occur. There were some marks on the walls which kind of downplayed its cleanliness, but besides that, enjoyed the amenities (great gym on the 8th floor).

This place is basically a condo. I give this place a 9/10. The room has everything you need, a kitchen, shower, washer, dryer and a smart tv. The area is located so close to evertyhing and parking is literally a min walk away! Using the sonders app you can commincate with the employees easily. The only thinf i didnt like was that the pool was closed cause of the winter seaon but other than that this place was amazing!

Great location. Easy accesd Great gym and saunas Well equiped kitchen Wonderful bed You have to let the hot water run for a long time before it gets hot so be patient and it will be a great shower !
