Room was not cleaned before being given to me. Had to change rooms . Second room did not have shampoo.
Check in , even though we were the only guests checking in was excruciatingly slow and inefficient.
There was no coffee machine in the room, and to change the heating / cooling in the room I had to call the front desk, and they adjusted it from their side.
Staff at the bar bar / restaurant were excellent. The quality if the steak was superb, rest if the food was mediocore.
I EXPECTED FAR BETTER SERVICE/ROOM FROM A $400 per night room.
