I appreciate your feedback and would like to address a few points.Regarding the hotel building, it dates back to the 1900s, but before we opened in 2006, we completely renovated the plumbing, electricity, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and more to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the toilets clogging when too much toilet paper is thrown in. We will take steps to remind all guests not to dispose of excessive toilet paper at once.Regarding the air conditioning, we have wall unit ACs in the suites. However, if you close the door to another room, we have a special fan that can help circulate the air between rooms for better cooling.I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience with the bathroom door handle. It has since been replaced to avoid any further issues.As for the noise from the neighboring guests, we do our best to maintain a peaceful environment. We often remind late-night arrivals to be mindful of the hotel's quiet hours.Regarding parking, our lot is located at the back of the hotel on our private land, which is a common setup for residences and businesses in the area.Once again, I apologize for any inconveniences you experienced during your stay. It will be very helpfull for the future guests.Just wanted to add something about the neighborhood.We are located in the heart of downtown Montreal and in the McGill University area. Most of the residence are McGill students and professionals, families. Even though you may see some homeless people at the corner Milton and Parc Avenue, it's a very safe and beautiful, particularly architectural wise, very pleasant neighborhood we have here. A few vacant lots and some owner of the buildings included us are waiting for the building permit from the city, it will soon be a major change on the street in 2-3 years.You can walk to all sides of downtown, Old Montreal, Parc Mont-Royal, St-Denis, Quartier Spectacle, major museums, for 5 to 15 minutes.I hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.Best regards,

Dear Mrs. Loraine,I would like to thank you for your kind review and very sorry about the hair your found on the pillow.We have a contract with a laundry company and they pick them up and delivery after. They delivery the clean sheets and pillow cases well ironed and well packed. We witness time to time that hair sticks on the sheets or pillow case because of static electric I assume. Our house keeper lady is very careful about it and check the sheets and pillow cases all the time but since you had this experience, means she is not very careful or she doesn't see well. So, we have to discuss this matter with her and prevent this happens again.We are located right in downtown Montreal and our parking is located to the back of the hotel on our land. So, basically it is located in the Alley way that we have to make a little tour around a few building in order to reach there. We have an expansion project and after the expansion done we will have alternative indoor parking and will not use this land for the parking anymore, it will be part of the expansion project.I hope to have a chance to accommodate you again the future.Best regards,Turgay

The hotel building consists of 3 stories, and we do not have an elevator, unfortunately. We have an expansion project that we are working on to get the permit for right now then we will add an elevator along with 30-something more rooms. There are some homeless people around the corner and unfortunately, we do not have any option to move them out of the downtown area. These people hung out wherever has tourists and money. They are harmless people thought but it is not nice to see them around anyway. However, I would like to tell you the truth, even though we have some homeless people around, this area is one of the best locations to live in Montreal. McGill University has located just a few minutes away all students and professionals live in this neighborhood.There are a few empty lots that will be developed in a few years then there will be no place for these people to hang out.I hope to have a chance to accommodate you in the future again so that you can witness all these changes.Best regards,Turgay
