Very thin walls. Neighbors were having a great night, two nights in a row. Some sort of mechanical noise that never stopped. Nice hotel. But pretty frustrating sleeps due to all the extra noise.

On day 1, around 1 am the AC System broke and was making too much noise letting my family unable to sleep. I went downstairs with the issue and the recepotinist named YASIR was so rude that he refused to change my room and said "Just plug it out, that's it! it's common sense". That were his exact words. Is this how you talk with your customers? Do you try to tell your customers that they are stupid? Do you think of yourself as oversmart?. As a solution, he just offered the temporary transportable small heater and my family and me had to sleep in that same room in that cold without any air circulation and with that small heater which was not hetaing the enitre place properly. It was a very uncomfortable experience and that guy YASIR seriously neither have any respect for customers nor he talks properly. Forget having a solution to the problem.

The hotel was clean and offered the needed amenities at a reasonable price. It was close enough in the area of the airport although not very close. I would have no reservations staying there again if I come to Montreal and want to stay somewhat close to the airport or the West Isle area of the city.

Not very clean ! Bed not confortable ! And the reception called me by mistake at 4:30 am. The only think that I loved was the locks for cars

We reserved two rooms online in January. But when we arrived at the hotel it was overbooked and we only got one of the two rooms we booked and paid for. If it wasn't for a VERY HELPFUL employee named Yassir, we would have had a much, much more terrible experience. Yassir was the only person who was trying to help us in our unfortunate situation. And he's the only saving grace for a overpriced hotel.

Overall, great hotel. Only negative things to say was there was a significant amount of sound transfer from the neighbouring rooms and the swimming pool was frigid.

Food in the restaurant was very good. Nothing too fancy, but well cooked and a pleasant surprise. Restaurant staff also very attentive. The corridor walls and floors looked dirty. TVs very basic and would not allow hdmi plug in (there was a connection but not functioning). In one room, the sleep function would not work.

The only complaint that comes to mind is that the property was not maintained for the winter weather. The parking lot was extremely slippery in most areas for the entire weekend and needed to be salted. Also....Expedia advertises that you can get breakfast for $14.95 per person until 10:30a.m. The menu did not show anything of the sort.
