The only marks against cleanliness were mainly a few things that the cleaners missed. The Wi-Fi was good enough for YouTube, but don't bring a gaming laptop to kill some down time. Hot water was always available. The kitchen had most necessities and the owner even provided a spare phone charger. Great communication as well. Just be careful and read the signs for parking on the street to avoid tickets. Neighbors weren't noisy and hardly any traffic to speak of. Will return if I'm in the area ##### Lance D. The host was very easy to communicate with and understanding. Just noticed a few minor issues in the drywall, and the dishwasher was not completely secure.
