Hotel from hell
The worst hotel experience I have ever had but the owners are very nice. Drug addicts galore I sensed. Not safe for children or adults in my opinion.

I arrived after a full day of travel or else I would not have stayed. I didn’t feel safe and ended up stacking the table and all my suitcases on the door. It seems to be a ‘weekly’ stay place where the tenants were in and around all the rooms. The front desk staff were great and helped with my luggage and did everything to ensure I was settled. They even got up at 4 am to help with my luggage in the morning. Staff is great but accommodations are very poor.

This place is a nightmare. There's no security and the deadbolt on my door had been removed. The lock on my door wasn't properly secured either so I had to secure my room by moving the table in front of the door. I ended updated leaving because I was too afraid to stay. I have never been so afraid for my wellbeing in my life. Plus, the motel is hidden from the street so anything could happen and no one would know.

The guy working at the place was very friendly and helped me with my large suitcase to my room on the second floor. I didn’t feel safe staying here after i saw the room. The door had gaps. The sheets were clean but the motel itself should maybe be condemned. The photos on Expedia are quite deceiving in a way that they make the place look a lot better t than it is.

I couldn’t check in because they were not having electricity. They supposed to inform me when I was making the reservation. I drove all the way to motel before they informed me. I was very angry.

Heat in the room did not work. Shower water had one temperature-scolding hot, could not shower because of this. Bedsheets had stains. Shower curtain was dirty. Walls were dirty. Other people staying at the hotel were loud all hours of the night so it was difficult to sleep.

i liked the price but an investment in pillows is long overdue the pillows are so bumpy very uncomfortable and the beds not much better plus the comforter covering the bed was dirty on the underside

Jithendra checked me in at the office and was so friendly and welcoming. He went above and beyond - went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. It’s hard to find such friendly and honest owners of businesses these days. The room was very clean and ready for me. For the price and convenience and friendliness I would definitely stay again! The ground and walls are not clear. Also, too much noise came from neighbors, they set in front of thier rooms shouting and talking loudly. So, we could not sleep all night. The person who works in the reception is friendly..

Thank you sir, we are sorry for inconvenience at your stay, one of the guest had a problem with his partner and they did disturbed other guest also, however we did refuse a room to that guest next day and asked them to leave.
