It was a very nice, clean hotel. I didn’t like that I had to park a block away in a parking garage and walk with my suitcase at checkout through traffic lights.

Awful experience! The hotel itself is nice and close to hockey. But that’s it. Our room was not ready until 7 pm and had us waiting in the lobby because they kept saying it was almost ready. They had no excuse as to why the room was not ready at 4 pm which is check-in time. The breakfast was another disaster. They kept forgetting things including utensils. Management needs to be replaced. Worst hotel experience ever. Stay across the street at the Sheraton.
