But this has yet to be a problem, as there is plenty of free street parking available (make sure to check your arrival information to better understand the signages to avoid fines). The base price offered is for a limited number of guest, please check the lisiting details. There is an extra fee for every additional person. The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times. If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible. Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut mit fußläufigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kurzen Wegen zum Bus und zur Metro. In die Altstadt und zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangt man sehr bequem mit der Metro. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Montréal und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. ##### Dirk H. Séjour de 4 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Robert F. 24 juill. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Great Neighborhood Location We used the apartment for our stay during the Jazz Festival. We wanted to be away from the expensive and touristy downtown core and this location was perfect for what we looked for. It is in a vibrant multicultural neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. City transit is easily accessible, a metro station is less than a 5 minute walk and got us downtown to the festival site at Place des Arts each day. The apartment was spacious and well stocked. It was very clean though some parts show its age. The carpet on the stairs could use an upgrade and the upstairs balcony was a bit on the ‘dusty’ side. They were minor things and didn’t bother us at all so we plan on returning. ##### Robert F.
