This luxurious, walk-anywhere Penthouse is situated in the heart of Old Montreal. Just a few steps from the boardwalk along the Saint-Laurent River, as well as tourist attractions, festivals, and all the top restaurants, bars, cafés, and clubs that Montreal has to offer. Unique in the neighbourhood, the penthouse features a rooftop terrace with 360-degree views. The terrace features an eight-person dining table, a fire pit for warming up on chilly days, and cozy sofas to relax and watch the sunset. Spanning 2,500 sq. ft. with 15-ft. ceilings, this penthouse is accessible by elevator, which opens directly into the living room. You will be the only one with access, as a key is required to enter. The elegant penthouse offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On the mezzanine, which overlooks the penthouse, there is a comfortable sofa bed. Tastefully renovated. The modern open kitchen is adjacent to the dining area for eight people and features a comfortable living room with a large sofa, all beautifully furnished. There is a pool table and a foosball table (also known as baby foot) to entertain children or enjoy fun with friends. Equipped with A/C, heating, a smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, and a work area.
